What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer the following delivery options:

Within Australia

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $150

$8.60 – STANDARD SERVICE – Standard delivery service, estimated delivery time 4-7 business days

$19.00 – EXPRESS SERVICE with Insurance – Express delivery service, estimated delivery time 1-2 business days if the shipping address is within Australia Post next business day delivery area.

A tracking number is provided and you can follow the status of your delivery at www.auspost.com.au/track. Am I eligible for next business day delivery? Check here. If you are in a hurry and require your product by a specific date, please let us know by sending us a quick message and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

International orders

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $200

$20.00 – AIRMAIL — Orders are generally delivered in 5 to 14 business days, however shipping times depend on your location. Cost is a flat rate of AUD $20.00. Please note that this is not a trackable system and we will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced or damaged parcel.

$45.00 – INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS — Orders are expected to arrive within 6 business days from the day of shipping.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept multiple payment options with one to suit everybody.

Paypal – The worlds favourite way to pay online.

Credit Card – We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

AfterPay – Buy today Pay later in four easy installments.

Poli – This payment option is a convenient form of instant direct bank transfer.

We do not charge any fees for any of our payment methods.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary dependant on your location. Ranging from 1-3 days for Express Post to 4-6 days for Standard Post.

International orders can take a little longer with 3-6 days for Express International and 6-14 days for Standard Airmail.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Sweet Pins uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and encryption technology to ensure any sensitive information passing over the internet during transactions is secure.

We also only process payments through companies offering Bank Level DSS Security to ensure your payment details are never compromised.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order is placed in our system you will receive a confirmation of the order with an invoice attached.

We will then get started on processing your order including risk screening in the case of Credit Card Payments. You will receive an email notification if there are any questions about your order.

We aim to have all orders (except for Pre-Order items) shipped within 72 hours. This may take longer in busy times.

You will receive notification once your oder ships including tracking details if applicable.

I ordered the wrong item, Can I return/Exchange it?

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please first notify us by email at sales@sweetpins.com.au. We will provide the address where you can return the product/s.

Items can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days from the day of shipping and should be in their new, unused condition, within their original packaging and will all tags still attached. Please ensure you have ordered the correct size and colour before opening your hosiery

To ensure that items are returned promptly to us, we recommend using a trackable delivery service (Parcel Post Plus or Express Post)

Should the product arrive defective, Sweet Pins will take care of all postal expenses and reimburse any postage paid by the customer to return the item. For change of minds, customers will be responsible for the cost to return items to us

Sale or promotional items can be returned for an exchange or a store credit only

All correctly returned products will be refunded as either a store credit or to the original purchaser’s credit card, excluding all shipping costs, international customs duties and sales taxes. Please note, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

However we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on returns for change of mind or on any non-faulty items.
