WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We do our best to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment being cleared however some orders may take 3-5 business days to be processed at busy times. All purchases are securely and discretely packaged with no indication of the contents.
We use Australia Post E-Parcel to ship national orders and airmail or DHL Express for all international purchases.
Within Australia we offer the following delivery option:
STANDARD SERVICE – Standard delivery service, estimated delivery time 4-7 business days
STANDARD SERVICE INSURED – Standard delivery service, estimated delivery time 4-7 business days. This option has an additional cost of $2.00 to cover AusPost standard Transit Insurance covering your delivery from loss or damage during transit to your delivery address. Terms and Conditions for AusPost Compensation and liability can be found in Part E of the Australia Post General Terms and Conditions.
EXPRESS SERVICE – Express delivery service, estimated delivery time 1-2 business days if the shipping address is within Australia Post next business day delivery area. Cost is an additional rate of AUD$ 8.50. A tracking number is provided and you can follow the status of your delivery at www.auspost.com.au/track.
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $150.

Orders are shipped via Airmail.
AIRMAIL – Orders are generally delivered in 5 to 14 business days, however shipping times depend on your location. Cost is a flat rate of AUD $20.00. Please note that this is not a trackable system and we will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced or damaged parcel.
Please be aware that depending on your country regulations, you may be charged duty. Most countries have sensible duty levels allowing you to import items valued at up to a few hundred dollars without incurring import fees. However duty levels can vary significantly, so please check with your country’s Customs and Excise office to find out more.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFO
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm the shipment. To check the status of your delivery, log into your account or use our easy tracking tracking system (you will find it on the left hand column of this page). Enter your order number and click track. Visit www.auspost.com.au/track to follow the journey of your parcel.
Please note: You are responsible for providing a safe address for the delivery of your parcel. Australia Post may at their discretion leave the parcel at your door when nobody is at home. If the parcel is misplaced or lost, we will not be responsible for replacing your purchase.
All our products are shipped with discreet packaging. We use Australia Post satchels, there is no indication of content, and the sender is marked as SP (instead of ‘Sweet Pins’). No branding is visible for the outside of the package.
