Should you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email us at contact@sweetpins.com.au. No contract will subsist between the customer and Sweet Pins Pty Ltd for the sale of any product unless and until Sweet Pins Pty Ltd accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your items. We reserve the right to make changes to the information on our site, including prices and availability details, at any time and without notice to you. Your continual use of the site following these changes will signify your agreement to be bound by the updated terms and conditions. Exchanges & RefundsRETURNS POLICY
• If you would like to return or exchange an item, please first notify us by telephone or email
• Items can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days from the day of shipping and should be in their new, unused condition, within their original packaging and will all tags still attached
• To ensure that items are returned promptly to us, we recommend using Australia Express Post or another trackable delivery service
• Should the product arrive defective, Sweet Pins will take care of all postal expenses and reimburse any postage paid by the customer to return the item. For change of minds, customers will be responsible for the cost to return items to us
• Sale or promotional items can be returned for an exchange or a store credit only
RECEVING A REFUND
All correctly returned products will be refunded as either a store credit or to the original purchaser’s credit card, excluding all shipping costs, international customs duties and sales taxes. Please note, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made for a different size of the product originally bought. You can exchange your purchase for a different item depending on stock availability.
GIFT RETURNS
If you have received an item as a gift and need to exchange it, please contact customer care on the details above. Gift items can only be returned for a store credit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect conditions please contact us immediately.
