SweetPins.com.au accepts all major credit cards. All credit card transactions are processed via our bank's secure hosted page meaning that we do not see or hold any of your credit card details and financial information.

SHIPPING TIMES AND CHARGES
We do our best to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment being cleared. Generally orders will be packed and shipped at 5pm each day meaning that they will be collected on the following morning.
All purchases are securely and discretely packaged with no indication of the contents.
Within Australia:
Regular Mail
Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Cost is a flat rate of $ 5.70.
Please note that Sweet Pins will not be held responsible for parcels sent using this method as it is not a trackable system.
Express Post
Next Business Day delivery. Please allow 24hr for processing and dispatch of the order. Upon receipt of payment we will send you an email to inform you of your tracking code. Cost is a flat rate of $ 8.50.
Rest of the World:
We want to make sure that your parcel arrives safely to you, wherever you are. For this reason we only offer trackable postage options to all countries outside Australia.
SweetPins.com.au will be able to offer compensation in case the parcel is lost.
Registered International
A secure option, this method requires signature on delivery and provides a tracking number. Estimated delivery time is normally 3-10 business days, depending on location. Please feel free to email us for more details about shipping times and charges to your country.
