SweetPins.com.au accepts all major credit cards (except American Express). All credit card transactions are processed via our bank's secure hosted page meaning that we do not see or hold any of your credit card details and financial information.

PayPal
PayPal is one of the safest ways to pay online without sharing your financial information. You don't need to have an account. When redirected to the Paypal payment page, simply click on Continue and enter your credit card details.

Your sensitive financial information is securely stored on PayPal servers in highly encrypted secure databases.

When you use PayPal to pay online, you provide only your PayPal email address.

We receive your payment from PayPal without ever seeing your financial information.

To help safeguard you against identity theft, every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction.

We do our best to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment being cleared. Generally orders are packed and shipped at the end of each day meaning that they will be collected by Australia Post on the following morning.

 

All purchases are securely and discretely packaged with no indication of the contents.

 

 

Standard Delivery - Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Cost is a flat rate of AUD$ 5.00.

Please note that Sweet Pins will not be held responsible for parcels sent using this method as it is not a trackable system.

 

Express Delivery - Express delivery service, estimated delivery time 1-2 business days. Please allow 24hr for processing and dispatch of the order. We will send you an email to inform you that your stockings have been shipped. Additional details will be added to your order. Simply login to your account and check your tracking number - you can follow your parcel at http://auspost.com.au/track/
Cost is a flat rate of AUD$ 9.50.

 

All orders are shipped via Airmail. Please allow 5-14 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Cost is a flat rate of AUD $15.00.
We are happy to make special arrengements if you're in a pinch or can't wait for standard mail delivery. There will be an additional fee for this shipping service upgrade. Please email us to discuss your requirements.
Please be aware that depending on your country regulations, you may be charged duty. Most countries have sensible duty levels allowing you to import items valued at up to a few hundred dollars without incurring import fees. However duty levels can vary significantly, so please check with your country's Customs and Excise office to find out more.
